When will I receive my order?
Delivery is express - 3 working days
When the order is shipped you will receive an email with the relative tracking information. Your package may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date. In fact, this date is purely indicative and does not represent a guaranteed deadline.
What is the shipping cost of my order?
Express Delivery = €6
Express Delivery Over €70 = Free
Which courier takes care of shipping the orders?
All shipments are made via BRT. BRT delivers from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. A signature may be required upon delivery. For this reason, we invite you to enter a shipping address where you will be present at the time of delivery. If you are not present to receive your package on the first delivery attempt, your order will be delivered to a BRT collection center and the tracking will be updated with this information.
You will be prompted for a phone number on the shipping payment page. This information is important for the courier, who will be able to call you if further information is needed for the successful delivery. You will also be asked to specify an email address to which we will send the order confirmation.
How can I track the status of my parcel?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can also track your order by visiting the Order History section under My Account. From here click on the order number to view all the details including the tracking number. If you click on the tracking number, you will be redirected directly to the website of the shipping courier, where you can track the shipment of your parcel.
If you don't want to create an account, you can track your parcel by entering your order number, email address and billing postcode.
